The deal, in plain language.
Using this site or the app, or buying a seat, means you accept these terms. They are written to be read.

What this is, and is not
Ritz Ariona publishes analysis, probabilities and commentary about NBA player markets. It is not a bookmaker, takes no bets, holds no wagering licence and handles no wagering money. Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, investment or betting advice; probabilities are our model’s opinions, published with their uncertainty, and they will sometimes be wrong.
No outcome is ever guaranteed. A published record — What hit, the Terminal’s own graded record, and last season’s test shown on this site, which is a labelled backtest — describes the past and promises nothing about the future. If you choose to bet, you do so entirely at your own risk, with a licensed operator of your choosing, and it is your responsibility to make sure betting is legal where you are.
Prices in the Terminal — on a line, a Builder multi, an Arbitrage pair or a middle — are the books’ prices when they were last checked. Books move their prices, can void a bet and can limit an account; we do not promise that any price, pair or multi can still be placed.
This site is for people aged 18 or over, or 21 where your jurisdiction requires it. If gambling is a problem for you or someone near you, Gambling Therapy gives free support online, wherever you are: gamblingtherapy.org. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
The seat
There is one seat, the Terminal seat, and it opens everything: every line, the profiles, the Builder, Arbitrage, the tools, alerts, What hit, the community chat, My Edge. The seat is the email address it was paid with: sign in with that address and it is there. One seat, one person; it may be used on more than one of your own devices.
The seat is held for a night, a week, a month or a season. A night is a one-off purchase: it opens the Terminal for 24 hours from the moment you pay and ends on its own; nothing renews, and a second night bought while one is running starts when the first ends. A weekly seat starts the day you pay and renews every week; a monthly seat starts the day you pay and renews every month; the price you join at holds for every renewal while the subscription stays active. A season seat covers an NBA season — the 2026–27 season runs from opening night on 21 October 2026 through the Finals in June 2027 — and renews once a year, on the anniversary of the day you joined, so it is in place before the next opening night; the seat runs to that renewal date. We email you before a renewal is charged, and you can cancel a weekly, monthly or season seat from the store at any time; a cancelled seat runs to the end of the period already paid for. The night, the week and the month go on sale on opening night.
Checkout, renewals and the card on file are handled by Shopify, under its own security. Prices are set in Australian dollars; where the store can bill in your own currency it does, at the exchange rate on the day, and the figure shown on this site in your currency is an approximation of that.
The first-month offer
Until 10 October 2026, an email left on this site brought back a code by email that takes half off the first month of a monthly seat (A$99 becomes A$49.50 for that month; the seat then renews at A$99 while you keep it). The site no longer gives the code out. A code already sent still works: once per customer, on the monthly seat only, from opening night (Wednesday 21 October 2026, Melbourne time) until 30 November 2026; it cannot be combined with another offer or applied to a seat already running. The way in now is a free account: sign up at terminal.ritzariona.com with your email or Google — no password, no card.
Free looks taken before 9 October 2026 run as they were promised: until Friday 23 October 2026, 00:00 Melbourne time, then they end on their own. No new looks are opened.
Founding seats
The first fifty season seats are founding seats, numbered 001 to 050, on sale until 1 November 2026 or until the fifty are gone, whichever comes first; they are not offered again. A founding seat is sold at the founding price, and that dollar price holds for every renewal for as long as the subscription stays active. Cancel, and the seat is released and the founding price with it. No other season seat is sold during the season; the next season’s seat goes on sale in the off-season.
Refunds
A season seat bought before opening night (21 October 2026) is refundable in full up to opening night — write to us and it is done. After that, a season seat is refundable pro-rata within fourteen days of the charge, and so is a monthly seat within fourteen days of its first charge — which covers the fourteen-day right to cancel that EU and UK law gives. A night and a week are digital content supplied at once at your request: once the Terminal has opened to you they are not refunded, unless the Terminal was down for the time you paid for, in which case you are refunded in full. Renewals we emailed you about in advance are not refunded once the period has begun, but cancelling stops the next one. If we cannot deliver the season for any reason, you are refunded in full.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Fair use
A seat is for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a seat, scraping or automated harvesting of the lines, redistributing the feed, or reselling the Terminal’s content are not permitted and are grounds for ending access, with a refund of the unused portion.
The community chat
The community chat is for plays and reasoning, not selling. No bookmaker promotions, no personal details, no screenshots of other people, no abuse. A tally counts people, never money, and nothing said in the chat is a tip from us — a line tagged on a message only says which line the message is about. Anything reported is looked at by us; a message can be hidden or removed, and a seat that keeps breaking the rules can be muted or ended. You keep the rights to what you post and give us the licence needed to show it to other members.
Creators
An approved creator has a chat of their own in the community, and a code. The code takes a stated percentage off a seat at checkout and pays the creator a share of the amount actually paid, monthly, once the refund window on that sale has passed; a refunded sale is deducted from the next payment. Creators must not make claims the Terminal itself would not make: no promised profits, no invented results, no “sure thing”, and any published record must include losses. Being a creator creates no employment, agency or partnership at law; creators are responsible for their own tax. We may close the program with thirty days’ notice, paying out what was earned to that date.
Content and fair dealing
Everything we publish — analysis, numbers, design, code, words — belongs to Ritz Ariona. You are welcome to quote small excerpts with attribution; wholesale republication needs written permission.
The screens shown on this site are the Terminal on past nights, with the numbers it showed at the time. Where the community chat is pictured, the lines and numbers are real and the conversation is a sample; where alerts are pictured, they are the watcher run on that night’s real rulings. A past night, and a backtest, promise nothing about the next one.
Ritz Ariona is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Basketball Association or any of its teams. Team and player names appear only to identify the games and markets being analysed.
Liability, changes, and the law
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided as is; we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits or indirect loss arising from use of the site or the app; and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. None of this limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes take effect when posted here with a new date, and continued use after that is acceptance. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes belong to the courts there.
