We collect almost nothing. Here's the almost.

What we collect

Your email address — only if you type it into the waitlist or, later, a pick-em account. That's the whole list of personal information this site asks you for.

Purchase details — if you buy a pass, the checkout is run by Shopify, which processes your name, email and payment under its own security. We never see or store your card number.

Ordinary server logs — our host (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address and user agent to serve pages and block abuse, as every host does.

The game on the front page keeps your score in your own browser's storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

What we do with it

Your email is used to tell you when the board opens, when pricing goes live, and for a handful of desk notes a season. That's the promise on the form and it's the promise here. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works immediately, as Australia's Spam Act requires.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your address. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site — no analytics beacons, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies.

Who touches the data

A short list of processors, each doing one job: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the waitlist; Shopify runs checkout and holds customer records for purchases and email follow-ups; Resend delivers sign-in codes when pick-em accounts open; Google Fonts serves this site's typeface, which means Google's servers see the standard request your browser makes. None of them may use your data for their own purposes beyond running their service.

Your rights

Email support@ritzariona.com and we will show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it — usually within a few days. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights formally (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); we honour them for everyone rather than checking passports. We keep the waitlist only while the product it feeds exists, and deletion requests are final.

This site is for adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we learn we have.

If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, the change lands on this page with a new date before it takes effect.
